WP2: Spintronics

Objectives: Design and fabrication of spin hall nano-oscillators (SHNOs) and spin torque nano-oscillators (STNOs) arrays for mimicking the neurons and synapses functionalities. Physical modeling of the SHNOs and STNOs including laser effect. Design and fabrication of primary/novel 1x16 SHNO/STNO networks for final integration.
